Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan intl. airport our representative welcomes you and assists to transfer in your hotel in Kathmandu. After time to get refreshed, and briefing about your trip and overnight at Hotel.Day 2 Fly to Lukla (2,860m/9,352ft). Trek to Tok Tok (2640m.) 4 hrs
We take early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. Upon arrival at Lukla, we would be refreshed in one of the hotels and then start our trek to Tok Tok (2640m.) village. We trek following a gentle climb up the mountain side on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. Nupla (5885m) can be seen in a stone throwing distance on the opposite bank. In the late afternoon, we reach Tok Tok village.Day 3 Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,249ft.), 5 hrs
We walk along the bank of Dudh Koshi river. Thamserku is standing majestically skyward on the opposite bank. We continue along the trail with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny Monjo village, walk further Sagarmatha National Park entrance offer where a park entrance fee has to pay. We follow a short walk along the riverbed of valley where the river forks Dudh Koshi to the right Bhote Koshi to the left. As we cross over Hillary bridge, than steep ascent to Namche Bazaar. On the way, we would have excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.).Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, Namche Bazaar is a central hub of the area for food, trekking gears and other necessary goods.Day 4 Discovering day (Hike to Syangaboche view Point)
We take rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. It is considered as an ideal place for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading towards Thame. We go up to Khumjung monastery. It is a small settlement of Sherpa community. We enjoy the splendid view of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, Kwangde and so on from here. While returning to Namche, we would visit Museum just above the town that exhibits Sherpa culture.Day 5Namche Bazaar to Thame (3,820m/12,491ft), 4 hours
Trek to Thame village starts from the Namche Gompa and leads west past a large array of prayer flags, mani stones and chortens. The carved mani stones all the way to Thame are some of the most complex and picturesque in Khumbu.Day 6 Trek from Thame to Lungdeng (4,500m/14,715ft), 4 hours
We trek to Lungdeng which is situated at a distance of about 6 hours walk. During the journey, one can observe varieties of plants and animals, Sherpa culture and unique settlement of Sherpa people. Overnight stay at Lungdeng.Day 7 Trek over Renjo la than descend to Gokyo (4,790m/15,663 ft.), 7 hrs.
The trail follows a step uphill passing through a large sandy kharka than continues ascend towards the edge of the glacial lake, from where we start to climb the stone steps. Walking along the stone staircase we approach the adventurous and challenging Renjo La Pass 5435m. The view from renjola is brilliant. Then descend downhill over rocky stokes to gokyo lakes. Overnight stay at Gokyo lodge.Day 8 Hike to Gokyo RI (5,483m/17,929ft) and back to Gokyo and trek to Thangnak (4,500m/14,715ft) 6 hrs
We hike to the Gokyo RI early in the morning. Gokyo RI or ridge is an incredible viewpoint to explore Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Lhotse .. etc. Ngozumba glacier stretches to a long line around the Khumbu glacier. From this place, the views of the Gokyo Lakes and valleys can be seen clearly. It is also an acclimatizing hike that we can have a better journey through the technical high pass over the Cho La. Then we descend to down hill to Gokyo valley. After the breakfast, we start to head further with the astounding views of Kusum Kanguru, Thamserku, Kangtega, Makalu, Lhotse, Nuptse and various others. Then we reach our campsite at Thaknak. Overnight at Guest houseDay 9 Cross Cho La pass (5,300m/17,331ft), trek to Dzongla (4,710m/15,402ft). 5 hrs.
Early in the morning before the sunlight, we start to trek to avoid the harsh weather. It is a steep climb up through the tough rocky trail. Cho La Pass at 5300 meters is another good viewpoint of the Everest and other high Himalayas. If there is a snow, we may have to use the ropes, crampons and climbing equipment. Then, we need to deal with the steep descent trail which we have to deal very attentively. With a gentle down, we reach to our campsite at Dzongla. Overnight at Guest house.Day 10 Dzongla to Lobuche (4,910m/16.056ft). 3:30 hrs
Today, we have an easy walk to get Lobuche village. After crossing a technical high pass of the Everest, we walk further by observing the glacial panoramas including the brilliant view of Cholatse Mountain, Thamserku, Kangtega, Tawoche. As you are just on the top of dughla hill, you can see a number of memorial of the unfortunate climbers, who died in Everest and other Mountain expeditions in Khumbu, Finally crossing a bridge, we reach Lobuche where we stay overnight at Guest house. If you are interested to walk little bit in the afternoon, hike to get Italian Pyramid or walk to the glacier for an hourDay 11Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,540ft) via Gorekshep, 6 hours
We trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5,140m/16,808ft.). It is the most rewarding section of the trek. Our trail winds up through rocky path and Khumbu glacier. The view of Nuptse, Lho-La and Khumbutse appear at a stone throwing distance. Visit Everest Base Camp and come back to Gorakshep.Day 12Gorakshep to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18,132ft.) and then to Lobuche village, 7 hours
Early morning, we get ready to climb Kala Patthar (5545m.) and enjoy the view of sunrise. We would see Mt. Everest, Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtren, Mt. Khumbetse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Thamserku and many more from Kala Patthar. Than descend down to Lobuche village.Day 13Lobuche to Chhukung via Kongma La (5,535m/18,099 ft). 8 hrs.
We cross Khumbu glacier and head to make a cross to the Kongma La which is known as an adventure pass because of moving stones on pass. It is the highest among three high passes in the Khumbu region. The top of the Kongma La is at 5535 meters altitude and offers whole Khumbu Himalayas including breathtaking Mount Everest . From Kongma la we descend down to Chhukung, just below the glacier. Because of long day excursion, we stay overnight at Chhukung village. Chhukung is a gateway to discover Island peak climbing and Amphulapcha pass trekkingDay 14Trek to Tengboche (3,867m/12,645ft.), 6 hrs
We would visit the research center and trek to Tengboche hill station. During the trekking, one can enjoy descending through rhododendron forest. Tengboche is famous for the oldest Buddhist monastery. From the monastery, one can enjoy the splendid view of Ama Dablam, green hills and river.Day 15Tengboche to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11249ft), 5 hrs
It takes about four and half hours to reach Namche Bazaar from Tengboche. En route we will visit traditional villages like Khumjung and Khunde. We will be visiting monastery that has Yeti Scalp. Finally, we come to Namche Bazaar in the late afternoonDay 16Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860m/9,352ft.), 8 hrs
Having breakfast in the Guest house at Namche Bazaar, we trek to Lukla. It is the last day of our trek. Lunch will be served on the way. Upon arrival at Lukla, we would get refreshed and take rest.Day 17Lukla to Kathmandu
We board our early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at TIA, we would be received by our representatives and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we go for shopping.Day 18 International airport transfer. Trip Finish!
