Tilicho pass trekking is situated In the Annapurna Himalayan range of the Nepal Himalaya. Tilicho pass trekking is also known as Mesokanto la is one of the high pass trekking of Annapurna region. Tilicho Lake is one of the highest lakes in the world located at an altitude in 4,919m/16,085ft and very popular especially in summer time trek as rewarding as it is challenging. Tilicho pass trek 5,200m/17,004ft collects the glacial melt of the entire northern slopes of Annapurna. Furthermore, Tilicho pass / Mesokanto la offers the great scenery of Mount Manaslu, Himalalchuli, Tilicho peak, variety of landscapes, plants and animals with several other snow capped mountains of Annapurna.

Receive you in Kathmandu international airport. Then transfer to hotel by private car. If you have time, just couple of hrs time sightseeing around downtown Thamel.
Day 2 Drive to Besisahar by bus (760m/2,485ft). 7 hours.
Early morning, guide will come to take your hotel at 7.00 am in the morning to pick you up. We have 7 hours of driving to Besishar, 185km far from Kathmandu. On arrival at Besisahar you will witness stunning snow caped mountain scenery. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 3Drive to Syange and trek to Chamje (1,400m /4,578ft). 5 hours
The trail drops steeply to Syange at 1070m from Bahundanda. Leaving Bahundanda a large waterfall may be seen. We, crossing the Marsyangdi River on a suspension bridge. We then follow the river to the stone village of Jagat before climbing through forest to Chamje. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 4 Trek to Bagarchhap (2,160m/7,063ft). 5 hours.
The day begins with the rocky mountain trails following the Marsyandi Rivers steadily uphill to Tal at 1675m, the first village in the Manang district. We make a trail verse crossing a wide, flat valley. The journey continues up and down to Dharapani at 1890m. A stone entrance chorten typical of the Tibetan influenced villages. Upon reaching Bagarchhap at 2160 m the typical flat roofed stone houses of local Tibetans design along with the village surrounded by apple Orchards and maize fields. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 5Trek to Chame (2,630m/8,600ft). 5 hours.
The trail climbs to Tyanja at 2360m, then continuing through forest, but near the river, to Kopar at 2590m. As we reach the Chame, the headquarters of the Manang district, we are rewarded by the fine views of Annapurna II as you approach Chame & two small hot springs by the town. Along this route we are introduced to a local community said to have migrated from Tibet a long time past, noticeable by their different features. With them, they have bought local Tibetan house designs and maintained their ways. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 6Trek to Pisang village (3,300m/10,791ft) 5 hours.
The day starts through deep forest in a steep and narrow valley, crosses a river on a long bridge at 2910m. Then we cross another bridge at 3040m, from there the view of the soaring Paungda Danda rock face really begins to appear. From there the trail joins to climb to Pisang, which sprawls between 3200m & 3300 m. in the late afternoon, visit upper Pisang for Manangies and their lifestyles and as well as amazing Himalayan view. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 7Trek to Manang (3,540m/11,576ft), 5 hours.
The trail leads you through the drier upper part of the Manang district, cut off from the full effect of the monsoon by the Annapurna Range. People of this region herd the yaks & raise crops for part of the year. They also continue to enjoy special trading rights gained way back in 1784. Leaving Pisang, we have alternate trails north and south of the Marsyandi River which meets up again at Mungji. The southern route by Humde, with its airstrip, at 3325m which involves less climbing than the northern route via Ghyaru, though there are better views on the trail that follows the northern bank of the river. From Mungji the trail continues past the picturesque but partially hidden village of Braga at 3475m to nearby Manang at 3540m . Overnight at Guest house.
Day 8 Acclimatization day at Manang Village.
Acclimatize day in Manang. Hiking and village excursion is not compulsory. However, we recommend you to spend doing some fine walks and over viewing the magnificent views around the village & the day time is best to gain altitude. At the end of the day, we return back to our accommodation & have a night rest. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 9Trek to Khangsar (3,734m/12,210ft), 3 hours.
Today, we will trek to the village of Khangsar, about 3-hrs from Manang at (3734m). On the way, we can make a detour to small lake at the Gangapurna glacier. The trail Manang to Khangsar is very narrow and this village is small village with beautiful monastery. You are enjoying with splendid views of Khangsar and Tilicho Peak and the grand barrier. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 10Trek to Tilicho Base camp (4,150m/13,571ft), 4 hrs.
On your journey today, you can often see Blue sheep grazing on grassy field. About one kilometer from the field, we reach a hill. You have to Climb this hill (4200m) affords us a view of the entire valley. A steep descent will bring us to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m), where we will find trekking seasonable lodging at Tilicho Base Camp. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 11TBC to Nama Phu (3510m) crossing over Masokanto La (5,200m/17,004ft), 7 hours.
Early morning climb to Tilicho Lake (4920m) and take a look and enjoy with beautiful Lake situated at such high elevation. The Lake is 4 kilometers long and 2.5 kilometers wide. It is the main source for the Marsyangdi River. After enjoying with lake view then continue climb to Mesokanto La Pass (5121m) known as Tilicho Pass then descends to rocky trail to Nama Phu (3510m). Stay overnight in Tent.
Day 12 Nama Phu trek to Jomsom (2,713m /8,872ft), 6 hours.
Today, the trail also lead the descending path to Jomsom and not hard walking today just you with beautiful panoramic views of Nilgiri, Dhaulagiri, Tukuche Peak and so on. Afternoon you are in Jomsom then you can look around Jomsom it is big town in Mustang district and guide will reconfirm your flight tickets for Pokhara for next morning. Stay overnight in Tent.
Day 13 Scenic flight from Jomsom to Pokhara (850m /2,780ft), 25 min.
Today, you will take the early morning flight which again will give close-up views of the Annapurna range, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri and Annapurna range and you are flying about 25 minutes flight in a small aircraft. After arrival in Pokhara airport drive to hotel check-in your hotel and relax or do your own activities in Pokhara or look around lakeside. Overnight at hotel
Day 14 Drive to Kathmandu by tourist bus (7 hrs) or Fly (optional).
Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu takes around 7 hours passing the great mountain views, green scenery, rice terrace fields, vegetable fields and people being engaged in their daily life activities. You can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu takes about 25 minute only but paying an extra cost. Overnight Hotel.
Day 15 Final departure day .
Drop you in Kathmandu International Airport onward your final destination and our trip ends. Wish you your wonderful journey!!!
