Upon arrival at the airport, you would be received by our representative and then transfer to hotelDay 2Fly to Lukla (2,860m/8,698.2ft). Trek Tok tok (2660m/8,698 ft.) 4 hours
We take early flight from Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m) which takes about 35 minutes. After breakfast next to Lukla air strips, we start our trek to Tok Tok village which is located at an altitude on (2660 m.). We trek following a gentle climb up the mountainside on the left bank of the Dudh Koshi. Cross Dudhkoshi river and walking about roughly 30 minutes further, you will arrive at Tok Tok. Stay overnight at lodgeDay 3 Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,249ft.), 5 hours
We commence our trek to Namche Bazaar (3440 m.). The trail goes along the bank of Dudh Koshi river. Thamserku is standing majestically skyward on the opposite bank. We continue along the trail crossing dhdh koshi again with many ups and downs; cross a stream, and pass by the tiny village Monjo. We follow a short walk along the valley where the river meets eachother Dudh Koshi to the right Bhote Koshi to the left. Crossing Hillary bridge, we steep ascent up to Namche Bazaar. On the way, we would have an excellent views of Everest (8848m) and Lhotse (8516m.).Surrounded on three sides by mountain ranges, Namche Bazaar is a central hub of the area for food, trekking gears and other necessary goods.Day 4 Discovering day (Hike to Syangaboche view Point)
We take rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization. It is considered as an ideal place for acclimatization to the high altitude before heading towards Tengboche hill station. We go up to Khumjung monastery which is settlement of Sherpa people. On the way, we enjoy the splendid view of Mt. Everest, Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Nuptse, Lhotse, Tawche, Kwangde and so on from Syangeboche hill station. As returning to Namche, you could visit Museum just above the town that exhibits Sherpa culture.Day 5 Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,867m/12,645ft.), 6 hrs
Taking breakfast at Namche Bazaar, we would be heading towards Tengboche (3867m.). The trail goes ahead leaving a steep cliff that drops down to the Dudh Kosi. In this section too, we would have a panoramic view of the Himalayas such as Ama Dablam (6812m), Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse (7855m) and Tawoche (6501m). We would visit Trashinga, Phunki Tenga and reach Tengboche. Visiting Tengboche view point offers better view of sun rise and sun set at Everest and Ama Dablam.Day 6Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m/14,421ft.), 6 hours
Leaving Tengboche at the backdrop, we descend through a rhododendron forest and enter Deboche. Crossing a suspension bridge at Imja Khola, we head towards Minlinggo and inter Imjatse Valley beneath the mighty peaks of Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Lhotse. Than we finally reach at Dingboche village.Day 7Acclimatization at Dingboche (4,260m/13,930ft.)
Acclimatization at Dingboche to be familiar with the local climate. Having breakfast at the Guest house, we go around the village and in the afternoon, we even hike up to Chhukung. It also provides majestic view of Island peak (recognized a most popular trekking peak), Ama Dablam, Makalu, Tawoche peak and others and we come back to Dingboche to stay overnight.Day 8Dingboche to Lobuche (4,930m/16,121ft.), 5 hours
It is our turn to head towards Lobuche village. The onward trail is gentle up to Pheriche village. Along the trail, we would be privileged to have panoramic views of the Mt.Tawache, Ama Dablam, Pokalde (5741m), Kongma-tse (5820m) and the great wall of Nuptse. We would have lunch at Dugla (4595m). From Dugla to lobuche, you will see several stone statues of the memory of past climbers who died of expedition in Everest. Walking roughly about 30 minutes, you can reach at Lobuche.Day 9Lobuche to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17540ft.), 8 hours
Having breakfast at Lobuche, we trek to Everest Base Camp via Gorakshep (5,140m/16,808ft.). It is the most rewarding section of the whole trek journey. Our trail winds up through rocky mountain and Khumbu glacier. The view of Nuptse, Lho-La and Khumbutse are just standing in front of you. Visit Everest Base Camp and return to Gorakshep to stay overnight.Day 10Hike to Kala Patthar (5,545m/18132ft.). Trek to Dzongla (4,620m/15,107 ft.), 7 hrs
Early morning we hike to Kalapatthar for sunrise views of mountains such as Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Amadablam, Pumori, Thamserku and other mountains with 360 degree angle and back to Gorakhshep. While trekking from Gorakhshep the route descends gently to Lobuche. Now the narrow path stretches at flat level along the riverbed for some distance and the route suddenly goes upward to Dzongla. It gives you the excellent views of Lobuche west, Cholatse and Tabuche. You stay overnight here.Day 11 Hike to Gokyo RI (5,483m/17,929ft) and trek to Thangnak (4,500m/14,715ft), 6 hrs
We hike to the Gokyo RI early in the morning through the steep rocky trail. Gokyo RI is the incredible viewpoint of the Everest region White Mountains: Everest, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Lhotse and the vicinity peaks. Ngozumba glacier stretches to a long line around the Khumbu glacier. From this place, the views of the Gokyo Lakes and valleys can be seen clearly. It is also an acclimatizing hike that we can have a better journey through the technical high pass over the Cho La. Then we descend to the Gokyo valley. After the breakfast, we start to head further with the astounding views of Kusum Kanguru, Thamserku, Kangtega, Makalu, Lhotse, Nuptse and various others. Then we reach our campsite at Thaknak. Overnight at Guest houseDay 12 Cross Chola than trek to Thangnak (4,860m /15,892 ft.), 5: 30 hrs.
The early part of the trek goes through flat stone path for an hour passing through arid valley. Now you head towards steeply ascent path as you reach Chola Glacier. After you reach Chola Pass (5350m) the route moves down through the stony path until you reach Phedi. Those who go for camping trek they camp around here and enjoy their lunch. The path goes ups and down for some distance and you arrive at ridge. From here you climb down up to Thangnak.Day 13 Trek to Gokyo Lakes (4,790 m/15,663 ft.), 4 hrs.
To reach Gokyo lakes your trails move along the glacier route until you reach first lake. The trek is easier over flat path following Dudh Koshi stream up to Gokyo. It is a windy valley and situated near the third lake. At Gokyo lake you are stunned by the natural beauty of Dudh Pokhari Lake. Gokyo is situated by the side of Ngozumba Glacier, the biggest glacier of Nepal. At afternoon, you might walk around lakes and glacier or rest to reserve energy.Day 14Hike to Gokyo Ri (5,380m/17,593 ft) & Trek to Luza (4350m), 6:30 hrs
Gokyo Ri looms above the village on the northern edge of the lake and you leave camp just after first light, following a steep path up the hillside. As you climb, the summits of mount Everest, Lhotse and Makalu slowly come into sight and the view from the summit of Gokyo Ri itself. After lunch it is a short walk to the village of Luza following Dudh Koshi stream. There are yak pastures and few human settlements. From here you can have an excellent view of Tawoche.Day 15Trek descend downhill to Namche Bazaar (3440m/ 11,249ft.), 7 hrs
We walk mostly downhill to Phortse Tenga following the forest covered rhododendron, pine and local incense. After that the trails climb steeply until you reach Mongla hill, a place with lodges. The path now descends gently doenhill to Namche Bazaar however during the journey, you will have an excellent view of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru. Stay overnight at lodge.Day 16Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,860m/9,352ft.), 8 hrs
Having breakfast in the Guest house at Namche Bazaar, we trek to Lukla. It is the last day of our trek. Lunch will be served on the way. Upon arrival at Lukla, we would get refreshed and take rest.Day 17Lukla to Kathmandu
We board our early flight from Lukla to Kathmandu. Upon arrival at TIA, we would be received by our representatives and transfer to hotel. In the afternoon, we go for shopping.Day 18 International airport transfer. Trip Finish!

The following listed equipment is suggested and essential for Tea house trekking and camping trekking in the Nepal Himalaya. Make sure that below list as a guideline proposal. Some of the Trekking equipment can be hired or bought in the many adventure shops in Kathmandu. The following basic equipment check lists should help you with your packing. Please remember that you should always try to keep the weight of your equipment to a minimum. At the start of the trek your packed trek bag should weigh not more than 33 pounds or 15 kg.
